Suffering From Really Itchy Skin On Feet, Sleeplessness, Peeling Out Of Skin, Liquid Oozing Out. Can I End This?

I am suffering from really itchy skin on the sides of my feet and also below ,this is giving me sleepless nights especially when my feet are dry and it becomes more itchy and more peeling of skin making the area so sensitive. I have some black spots which are eventually looking like skin wants to peel though before they were bumps which had liquid like coming out when burst. What is the problem and what could i do to end this ?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the description, it seems you could be having a type of eczema known as pompholyx. It is characterised by itchy fluid filled small eruption which heal with peeling of skin. To treat the same, use a good hydrating cream multiple times in a day. Apply a steroid cream like mometasone cream twice in a day. Take tablet cetirizine twice in a day to reduce itch. Hopefully your condition would resolve in few days.
