Suffering From Severe Constipation. Have Enema. Painful Bowel Movement. Taken Movicol. Suggest
I am suffering severe constipation and when I examined myself I had a white discharge on my glove that didn't smell of poo. I have has enema at hospital that only produced liquid I have not had a bowel movement in 7days and pAssing wind is painful please help I am in agony and doctors have sent me home I have used movicol last 2 days and still no bowel movements

It seems that you are having absolute constipation giving this problem.
Take plenty of water.
Take plenty of green veggies and juices.
Take diet containing more fiber.
Take mild laxative daily at night.
Do abdominal recti muscle exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
