Suffering From Severe Mood Swings, Online Screenings Done, Indicated Severe Bipolar Disorder. Treatment?
I've done some research about my symptoms and they all point to biploar disorder. I suffer from severe mood swings throughout the day, sometimes at the same time I feel excited and depressed. I can't seem to keep my life on track. My priorities are always changing. I already ruined my past relationship because of my severe swings. I feel like a crazy person. I took 2 online screenings and they both indicated that I might suffer from severe bipolar disorder I. help?

After going through your symptoms, I was going to suggest you an online Bipolar screening test but you already tried two of them. According to you, both of them indicate that you are suffering from Bipolar disorder and in that case, you should consult a Psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management. A patient suffering from Bipolar disorder requires mood stabilizers like Sodium Valproate, Olanzapine or Aripiprazole which a psychiatrist can prescribe.
Bipolar disorder is usually a chronic disorder and a patient may experience multiple episodes. With each successive episode the severity and frequency of future attacks may increase further.
All you need to do is to consult a psychiatrist who can prescribe you mood stabilizer and you will notice a great improvement in your symptoms within 1-3 weeks of starting the treatment.
