In my opinion, you should again
consult cardiologist and get done x ray to rule out
pleural effusion.
Because cardiac patients tend to have ttansudative pleural effusion.
Post
heart attack, cardiac functions especially pumping is decreased. So fluid tends to accumulate in the
pleural cavity.
This causes pleural effusion and breathlessness.
So you need
diuretic and inotropic drugs.
Diuretics increase urine output and so fluid overload can be avoided.
Inotropic drugs will increase the force of contraction, so circulation of fluids can be improved.
So consult your cardiologist and discuss all these.
