hi, sir my self Kaushik Ponkiya from Junagadh Gujarat, currently i am studying in MCA and i have been suffering from skinny body to lost of times . My weight only 50 kgs. and Height is 5.8" . Never changed in my body to last 5 years even not changed of 1 kg. so please give me some suggestion and medicine so, i can get rapidly result because in sort time i am going to Software company and i am very shameful regarding my skinny body...please give me solution/.............Thanks a Lots
You can gain weight by increasing your caloric or energy input and decreasing your energy output / activity.
You increase your calorie input by increasing the calories of your food and drink.
This means: (1) increasing the portion sizes of your meals (2) increasing the frequency of your meals for example snacking between main meals (3)using high calorie foods or snacks such as nuts (4)increasing the calorie value of your meals by adding butter, oil, dressings etc (5)decreasing physical activity
