Suffering From Sore Throat And Earache. Took Medicine, Not Cured. Any Treatment?

I have had a sore throat on and off for four months. Now I have earache and a very stiff neck and pains up the back of my head. I can touch my chin to my chest put I can t move it back or sideways. I have no temperature, no cough and no cold. I have had two lots of antibiotics but they haven t done anything. What I d wrong, thank you.

Hi,
There are two things to be treated that include sore throat and spasm of the neck muscles
For sore throat take a combination of 1. Telfast D twice a day for 05 days with the combination of an Antibiotic such as Azithromycin 500 mg once day for 05 days.
For stifness of the neck muscles have a comination of pain killers such as Nuberol Forte twice daily for 05 days with the combination of muscle relaxant such as Cap. Muscuril 04 mg twice a day for 05 days.
