Suffering From Sore Throat, Swollen Glands And Discomfort Around Adams Apple
if I touch my adams apple feeling around on it, I feel a crunching popping sensation, and I can hear it as well. then its very uncomfortable for about a day afterwards. I have always dealt with a sore throat and swollen glands in my throat n a regular basis for years now but this something new and I m concerned about it. should I go see a doctor?

It seems from the history that you are having sore throat associated with swollen glands in the neck.
The swollen glands indicate inflammatory enlargement of the lymph nodes.Hence the condition seems to br infective in origin. The treatment is by using antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.
Salt water gargling will provide rapid symptomatic relief.
