Suffering From Tanning, Sensitive Skin, Mild Soap, Lacto Calamine, Sun Cote Gel

Hi Doctor, This is Divya, I am 24 years old. I am suffering from tanning problem. My skin is very sensitive. So i usually use very mild soap for cleansing and Lacto calamine and a sun cote gel. But still, If i go out for just 5 to 10 min my skin becomes dark. My tanning is increasing day by day(specially on fore head). Kindly suggest what can be done to bring my natural color.

Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that tanning you are having is more deu to a direct exposure to teh sunlight. Th best way to avoid this tanning is to avoid sun exposure at all costs and use physical barriers like umbrella while going out. Use a good sunscreen every 3-4 hours daily to avoid further aggravation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
