Suffering From Third Right Nerve Palsy. Eyes Swollen, Eyelids Dropping, Open Eyes Partially. Will I Recover?

I am suffering from third right nerve palsy due to a fall on 22/04/2013.My eyes were swollen and eyelids drooping .My eye ball could not be moved much even if I tried .Now I can open my eyes partly and can move my eye ball if I try to roll .My eye ball is in the right corner of my right eye and is still there. my neuro says that it would take at least 06 months for the nerve to regenerate.

Looking into the above would I recover.

Hi...
As your doctor told the third nerve palsy will take time to resolve..
Keep following up with your doctor and keep taking medicines regularly..
The outward deviation of the eye is also because of this..
Are you having any double vision now? You may have double vision in the resolving stage which can be taken care temporarily by prisms..
Don't worry.. Take care...
