Suffering From Tonsillitis, Swollen Glands, Prickly Sore Sensation, No Rashes. Treatment?
Hi there, I am currently suffering from Tonsillitis which was diagnosed by my doctor yesterday. Along with the usual symptoms of very swollen glands etc I have also been having an odd sensation when I brush my skin against things almost tingly/prickly sore. There are no discolourations or rashes , do you have an idea of what this could be?. Thank you
Hi, acute tonsillitis usually presents with sore throat, fever, dysphagia and malaise. Along with that the lymphnodes in the submandibular region usually get swollen. The tingly, prickly sore like sensation over skin can not a presentation of tonsillitis. Some times acute infections in the body make the body more sensitive and can lead to such symptoms. Take few capsules of B complex and things should be fine. If the problem does not get relieved see a neurologist. Regards
