Suffering From Ulcerative Colitis, Pain, Acidity. What Could Be The Reason?
Hi I have a question I have ulcerstove colitis and I have been bad for two years going to the restroom in pain etc. I changed my eating habits and everything, it didn't work for me and then all of a sudden I'm still having pain and a lot of gas and it's been a little hard to use the restroom can you plz answer why plz......
As you have Ulcerative Colitis diagnosed, you should be aware that complications like bowels obstruction, fistulas and abscesses can appear. That is why any bowels habit change should be consulted with your gastroenterologist. You may have partial bowels obstruction due to flare up of your main disease and intestine narrowing caused by an inflammation. That is why colonoscopy seems strongly advisable at your case.
Hope this will help. Regards.
