Reflex sympathetic dystrophy is disease is characterized by pain and swelling, usually of a peripheral extremities ( legs or hands), accompanied by as,
vasomotor instability,
trophic skin changes,
rapid development of demineralization of bone ( effected).
This disease is two types,
1 In this regional pain that develops after trauma to muscles as in case of
heart attack, minor shoulder or
limb injury,
stroke.
In this usually patient feels nonpainful stimulus as painful.
Spontaneous may also occurs.
Usually these symptoms are related to severity of trauma and associated to an area of trauma.
2 In this regional pain occurs after any injury to major
nerve.
Hence pain occurs in that area where there is nerve supply of injured major nerve.
So please write down the exact cause of disease and we will prescribe treatment and will try to solve your problem.
