Hi,

Your symptoms might suggest GERD or gastritis. I suggest to:

- consult GI specialist for further evaluation
- do upper endoscopy
- eat slowly, small portions and often
- avoid spicy, chilly, alcohol, fatty, fried foods
- avoid coffee or energetic drinks.
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- use 2 pillows at bedtime

At last, consult GI specialist to start appropriate therapy.
