Suffering With Epilepsy, Taking Pregalin M 75, Has Sick Feeling, Low Appetite. Advice?
Good Morning doctor My mother suffering from epilepsy Her epilepsy start from head to leg such as some current pass and body shakes, 2 days back she got same attack this time her body was shaking first time and i was confuse what to do. we have gone to doctors neurologist he advice this medicine are as follow pregalin m 75, vinlep 300, ramset d. after taking this medicine she not feeling well and not like to eat anythig

Your mother is suffering from Epilepsy that is recurrent seizure disorder,which is chronic disorder and needs to take medicines regularly and usually breakthrough seizure occurs because of missing the dose.
Hope a CT Scan /MRI /EEG must have been done to know exact pathology.
She got sezure 2 days back a phase called postictal remains when patient feels sick and this should clear in few days .
If persist or she gets seizure again then consult Neurologist again to adjust the dosages of drugs.
These are good medicines importance of regular intake she must understand and take medicines at proper time.

Dear Friend,
First of all why you had these seizures ,cause need to be accertained with MRI Brain with Epilepsy protocoll and confirm the seizure activity with EEG.Next you need to get levels of antiepileptic drugs checked in your mothers blood,because there is no fun in having three drugs with all of them having low levels in your blood cause that will not control the seizures. Also multiple drug intake also causes decreased serum level of these drugs , Regards
