Suffering With Nose Bleeds And Eye Strain. Diagnosed With Long Sight. Cause?
i have been suffering with nose bleeds out my left nostrel over the last few years. i have also been getting eye strain quiet strongly over the past few months.
i had an eye test to which the result was needign glasses. just for very mild long sighted.
i am waiting for my glasses to arrive but was wanting to check out the reasons now incase it doesnt resove it.

Nose bleeds & eyestrain are 2 different entities.
Myopia even of mild amount can cause eye strain.....so that should be take care of by glasses. You can use tear substitute (optive e/d) make your eyes feel fresh along with your glasses.
An ENT specialist has to see to your nose bleed. Do you have sinusitis...
