hello doctor,iam suffering with pcod from last 6 years and i dont have children.i completed my marraige life for 5 years. we are waiting for children. from last 2 months follicular study is done to me no relese of eggs and endometrial thickness is 10mm and free fluid is seen in douglas pouch.what is the condition of me?Is there any chance to my get a pregranency

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Usually endometrium thickness for implantation of fertilized ovum is 11 mm , so in your case it is approximately normal , need not to worry.
The cause of concern is " no release of ovum".
The characteristic feature of P C O D is ultrasound finding , of atretric follicles with increased ovarian stroma".
Normally follicle ( s) matures , burst , release ovum and fertilization occurs.
In your case as atretric follicles may have developed due to PCOD .
These changes can be confirmed by ultrasound findings.
Consult a gynecologist and get his opinion and treatment for PCOD.
If ovulation occurs you may conceive naturally.
