Sugegst Treatment To Remove Black Patches Around Shoulders
Hi Doctor, I have black patches or Acne kind of boils all around my shoulders, back, under arms etc., I feel the skin very dry and Itchy during the night time. Kindly suggest me some Ointment or soap. What kind of soap should I use? My face is oily but my hands and legs are dry.

You can use a skin lightening soap such as Kojic acid. You mentioned about dryness of skin. I would suggest you to get thyroid levels assessed.
