I HAVENT FELT WELL FOR ABOUT A WEEK. now I HAVE A HEADACHE WORSENING, RED DOT RASH ON MY SHOULDERS, JUST A FEW SPOTS. FEEL REALLY WARM, HEADACHE, JOINTS HURT ALL OVER. hAVE RECENTLY BEEN ON A FLORIDA AND BAHAMAS VACATION. caught A COLD ON SECOND DAY IN FLORIDA. LIVE IN MINNESOTA. The red dots are feeling itchy and burn now.

Perhaps it is a viral exanthema.
I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine.
In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine tablet once a day for a few days.
