Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
In a terminally ill patient, can we expect there to be bladder changes? Dad s urine is very dark, it stings when he tries to pee, has trouble getting urine out and when he does, not much comes out. Palliative care nurse is suggesting a permanent catheter to prevent trouble.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the underlying cause is malignancy and it is the terminal stage then it is like wide gate open as long as sign and symptoms are concern anything could happens hope this information helps.
