Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my mom was taking enjoflam with Cyra D earlier...for a couple of days she forgot to take the Cyra D (for acidity)...what all can be the side effects...she ia actually having problem with her stomach nd not enjoying food...do u think this is because of some side effects of Enjoflam.
Cyra D contained 2 medications, one is an anti-acid medication and the other is a medication to help increase the motility of the stomach and intestines. The specific side effects of the Cyra D include nausea, headaches, fatigue, rash, some diarrhea and can even cause some stomach discomfort. The Enjoflam also has several medications in it including two types of pain relievers and an enzyme to assist in digestion.
I suspect at this time that the side effects of the Enjoflam are indeed causing her symptoms. The Cyra D likely was helpful in lessening the adverse effects of the Enjoflam, particularly in decreasing the stomach irritation and nausea. I feel these two medications (Crya D and Enjoflam) regarding your mother need to be taken together to prevent stomach upset and discomfort.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
