Suggest OTC Medication For Blotchy, Itchy And Red Skin Around The Eyes

The Skin around my sons eyes is blotchy and red. It is itchy and flaky and appeared about a week ago. There is a lot of redness in the T- zone. What Do you think it could be caused by? Is there Any over-the-counter medication that he could use to get rid of the redness?
