Hello,

Yes, magnesium stearate is less in quantity in Watson 325 pills. I advice you the following:
1) Please go to a physical therapist and do back muscle strengthening exercises. That will help you reduce pain significantly.
2) As you already have intolerance to acid foods, pain medications may also cause gastric irritation. So use them as low quantity as possible.
3) You can also use tab. Tramadol in place of Hydrocodone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
