I am 60yrs. old and I have been experiencing leg cramps for close to 15 yrs. Back when it was still legal I was prescribed Quinine. Now I m seeing that it s possible that I could not be getting enough Magnesium. Is there a safe supplement and is there a possibility of getting to much, possible side effects? Thank you Bill
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. You can take magnesium supplementation along with calcium and phosphorus by intake of Suspension Calcimax P for leg cramps you are experiencing. Also, it would be advisable to take Vitamin E and Selenium containing supplements, which would provide antioxidant activity and help to recover well. Hope the information provided would be helpful. Wish you good health.
