General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Constipation must be avoided and hence diet containing fiber rich foods is a must. Include more fruits and vegetables to prevent constipation. Avoid spicy foods also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
