Suggest A Diet For Patients Feeling Weak, While Recovering From Food Poisoning

I got food poisoning from sushi 5 days now and I m scared what to eat and what not been googling going nuts . Slowly each day improving but I m only dealing with Bad bad cramps / which I think my stomach is empty .Weakness cause I have not eaten . Headache not sure Which I know will pass But my new stomach is little What should I start eating sout broth and rice next day

Thank you your question. Yes food poisoning can give you weakness because of diarrhea and vomiting. This apart from using alot of your energy drains all the good which gives glucose for energy.
It's not easy to eat after food poisoning as this may trigger other symptoms of coming and diarrhae. befire eating the patients need intravenous fluids Normal saline interchanging with dextrose for energy.
fruits and plenty of water orally
then start small oral sips then porrage befire solid foods.
It's important to check blood sugar levels
Urine
kidneys functions UECs as good poisoning can cause renal failure.
