Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I suffer from IBS/colitis and family history of type 2 diabetes. What meal plan would you suggest? Large or even medium plant diets put me in full scale IBS. I keep veggies in the diet but scale back when a flare up of IBS hits, then gradually add them back in. Usually have 2 flare ups a week. Got any ideas?
This is a mix of Sangrahni and Mandagni as per Ayurveda. The basic treatment is 'Parpati' kalp or treatment with parpati such as Panchamrit parpati. Some other combos are added to it as per condition.
Whole idea is to control the irritating conditions, disturbed mucosa, imbalance of digestive enzymes and juices and flaring up of digestive fire.
If you agree , may meet any Ayurveda doctor or write to me with medical history and other information.
Hope I may help you as this type of conditioned were corrected in many if my patients in the past three decades.
