Suggest A Diet Plan To Cure Itchy Rashes

I keep breaking out in rashes, some itchy, some not. Can t find any reason for any of this. Don t eat sugar, flour, milk, most of the rashes are on my trunk. But one broke out on my arm the other day that was very itchy. Happens more and more all the time, started last June when I ended up with hives. Any thoughts on what i could change in my diet. Also try and stay away from wheat. Thx.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As you are having recurrent itchy rashes since last June, then, it's time to get tested in order to determine the right cause. To me should run following diagnostic tests:

- skin allergy testing
- stool examination for ova/parasites
- faecal analysis for food intolerance/allergy
- IgE test

Only after having the results of these tests, can say for sure what to eat or not eat, or what else you can do.

For the moment, take oral anti-histamines or allergy medications to ease the itchy rashes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
