Suggest A Diet Plan While Suffering From Diabetes And Lack Of Strength
my father is 75 yrs old recently in the month of june he went for an eye operation at that time he was not having diabetes for another eye operation in the month of july diabetes was diagnosed he is also taking disperine daily he has become weak ,I want to know whether he can take mutton (paye ka soup) for 6-7 days ,if not what he can take to get energy.
For a person with diabetes a proper diet with a good variety of foods is important. I would not recommend mutton continuously for 6-7 days. A variety of different foods is better than the same food over and over, even if it is very healthy. He should eat as many vegetables, especially leafy greens as he wants. A moderate amount of fruits and pastas and breads. And use meats sparingly. Do not let him eat any processed food or pastries, etc.
A balanced diet will help him heal faster and get his energy back quickly.
I hope this helps!
