im running 3 miles 6 days a week about 13 mins a mile, moderate weights, 400 sit ups,100 push ups daily. I have lost 80 pounds in a years time. Can you suggest a good muscle builder or vitamin I should take. GMC sold me omega cuts by pmd, and this Nitro cm for energy ? im not trusting these things. i love really natural foods.
If you really love natural food then start having natural vitamin and proteins. Daily 4-6 egg white, sprouted beans & boiled soya chunks in breakfast, salmon fillet at lunch, 1 big bowl of mixed daal & grilled chicken at dinner will do.
