General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear user,

I really understand your concern.

I recommend to my patient Centrum one tablet daily for treating or preventing low levels of vitamins and minerals in the body and boost energy level.

Also some diet recommendations should be followed up as:
- drink enough water 6-8 glasses daily
- drink fresh fruit juices
- drink milk
- eat vegetables
- eat eggs, fish or chicken.

If you follow these you'll get better after the first week, I promise.

All the best!
