80, Gender: Male My father is a prostate cancer patient with multiple bone mets.He had orchidectomy in july 2021, then he was on abiraterone 500 mg on every alternate day.He had good response with it.Then currently he stopped responding to it.The doctor asked him to take enzalutamide 40mg per day.But he had severe pain due to this and so he discontinued.He is now having severe pain on his back and body which is not being controlled by otc pain killers.He is too weak for chemotherapy and the place he lives has no access to cancer care.I consulted omcologist at hyderabad and he suggested palliative care for him.Sir can you suggest some strong painkiller, which can help his pain.I am attaching reports too.His psa is also more than 1000.
