my wife is an 30 years old kidney transplant patient. her kidney was transplanted 3 month ago. her mother 46 yeras old lady donate a kidney for him. We are very poor people of bangladesh. at present her main medicine are microfinile mofitel-1000mg bd and tacrolimus 3.5mg bd and levels are 65 and 7.9 respectively . At present the cost of tacrolinus is around 7000 ripee/month. I am concern about tacrolimus.Doctor told us the medicine will decrease after 6 month and it will become very lower dose after 2/3 years. my question is is there any less cost substitute medicine of that. and after 2/3 years how much decrase of dose.
