i have a sore, tight throat. it hurts to swallow and every now and then it hurts to breath. these symptoms have been going since around 12 hours ago and they dont seem to be getting better. i am a 26yo vegetarian, and live far away from any hospital/doctor...any around the house help would be greatly appreciated...

using of light antibiotic cefixime 200 mg for 5 days
add antiallergic tab fexofenadine once a day
add antacid gel tds
and bronchodilator syp if difficulity in breathing
