hi, i put on weight very nicely,, i am 5'10" and 75kgs weight..

Til august my weight was 68kgs
after that it got randomly increased and now its reached to 75kgs

my waist before August 2013 is 32inches, and now it is 34inches

please let me know how to get flat stomach and loose my weight to 65kgs

You need to specify if you are a male or female.
Your height is 178 cms. If you are a maile your ideal body weight should be 78 kgs and if you are a female your ideal body weight is 73 kgs.

Some tips-

Eat within an hour of waking up
Drink plenty of water
Eat small meals at regular intervals
Whole fruit at midmorning and sprouts mid evening
Avoid simple sugars like maida, sugar , bakery products
Eat whole foods - Oats, dalia, jowar, bajra, nachni, sprouts
Buttermilk, unsweetened lime juice can be taken instead of colas.
eat an early and light dinner.
Make sure you work out for 30 minutes 5 times a week
