General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your HbA1C is only 6.25. What is your weight, height and age? Father mother DM?

If you are over weight, you can control diet and do regular exercise. If it is not reduced then you can start Tab. Metformin 500 mg, 1 tablet immediately after food once daily for 20 days. Repeat FBS, PPBS and review.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C. Elanchezhian, General & Family Physician
