Suggest A Protein Supplement For Weight Gain

Hi Dr. I am about 23 years old.my weight is 55.5kg.I have started jym from months on regular basis with a good diet 4 eggs 250ml milk,sprouts and protinex original power, I am not getting results.would you please suggest me an economic protein supplement so that I can gain weight according to my height of 5foot ten inches..??

Hello there! Thank you for writing us here.
Now to your question, you want to gain weight isn't it? Eggs are good no doubt and they of course helps in making up of muscles. But the only reason you're not gaining weight is that eggs lacks carbohydrates. You can add up some fruits and vegetables too in your meals. And you're using supplements too I see. So I would suggest you to take the protein X original power DURING gym time. Yes you're right but don't take it all in a go. Go slow and take a sip or two after completing a set of your exercise. It would work better.
