dear sir,
I am facing with fissure cum sentinels piles since 3 years and now it
is fourth stage and iam unable to sit or do work and daily manually
pressing in to the anus and after pressing 4 hours pain is there. Please suggest correct medicine , treatment & hospitals.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this is the hemorrhoids then this could be treated with conservative bases and the option is use policresulen cream for rectum application and sith bath, drink more water, have a fiber diet, take care and have a nice day.
