Suggest A Remedy For Acne Break Out On The Face

Dear sir,
I am suffering with dark black spots caused by pimples due to which my face is filled with dark marks.can I forgo those dark spots. My face used to be white but it now it became black due to marks.kindly provide solution to my problem.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain in case if you have got dark spots after pimples it seems to be post inflammatory hyperpigmentaion..
It can take a long time for the pigmentation to resolve so will have to keep patience and follow the treatment..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.
You can apply depigmenting creams containing kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can also apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
Take vitamin c supplements..
You can also use creams containing grapeseed extract and licorice extract..

You can exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
You should always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water and take a healthy diet..
You can also go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, Photofacial and chemical peeling..
