You have leukemia. Your burning sensation in arms and leg can be due to leukemia. In leukemia there is increase the cell burden which can leads to this kind of features. For that you should take treatment of leukemia according to your doctor's advise. Other possibility is peripheral neuropathy due to vitamin B12 deficiency or diabetes. You should check for blood sugar level and vitamin B12 level also. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
