Suggest A Remedy For Irregular Bowel Movements

I m a 49 year old male with no real health problems except for shoulder and knee surgeries from a long history of playing sports/baseball, but two f the surgeries were within the last year. Anyway, I took Hydrocodone after both surgeries for pain but have dealt with constipation afterward, which has led to me taking Dulcolax to ease the issues. I have been off Hydrocodone for about 2 months and off Dulcolax for about a month. My bowel movements have still been a bit irrregular since then, but it usually returns to normal soon enough. Anyway, today I was going to the restroom and was having a bit of trouble, but after some straining, I got light headed and passed out for a couple seconds and woke up on the floor. I probably should add that I have not thrown up in about 20 years, but the last time I did, my body was resisting to the vomiting and I threw up while hitting my head on the toilet and also passing out briefly. These 2 inicidents are obviously odd, so I wanted to see what you think... Troy
