Suggest A Remedy For Pain And Sprain In Back, Hip And Upper Thigh
I m suffering with back pain and pain and sprain in my hip region....and i feel sprain in my hip or upper part of thigh or whole leg when i try to sit on chair or any seat for 1/2 or 1 hour only.......when it not happen in hip or thigh then it take place in back region
Hello and welcome to HCM, The sprain in back and hip region is responsible for the pain that you are experiencing on your back and hip. Sprain is caused by pulling or rupture of ligaments. Immobilization and rest are required so as to allow the damaged ligaments to heal. Healing may be slightly difficult for ligaments on back and hip. However, rest and pain killers will help. Positions which aggravate the pain like sitting on chair may be avoided for a while.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
