My husband banged his shin bone on concrete steps 1 week ago. It didn t bruise right away but his entire calf is swollen. The bruising isn t where he wacked it but where his shoes are too tight from the swelling. It s been a week and it is extremely painful to even touch his shin. Any idea what it might be?
