But you have residual cough ..so needs investigation... Here your chest x ray should be done to look for consolidation if present... X ray might reveal interstitial pattern of infiltration as in atypical pneumonia.... Sputum cytological examination done for fungus detection.It will also rule out lymphocytic or neutrophilic infiltrate... Sputum also examined by gram stain and AFB stain... If needed swine flu testing might needed by taking swab after rule out bacterial causes ... For that oseltamivir can be used... Meanwhile take fruits more... Avoid excess spicy and fried food... For dry cough antitussive can be taken like dextromethorphan... Here your respiratory examination also has to be done ... Auscultation also has to be done... With keeping this in mind consult physician ... Take care...
