Suggest A Safe Pain Management Pill

I had been taking Ricoset for about 15 years. Now with the epidemic of pain pill abuse in South Florida it is impossible to get them. I have been to pain management doctors and they give them to me once until they get my drug test results and discover I smoke pot. I get relief for my back when I take 3 Tylenols but it messes up my stomach and I m understand it s harmful to my liver. I take blood thinners so ansids are not recommended for use. Any ideas??

Hello,

Only your health care professional can decide if prescription pain medication is safe for someone.

With acetaminophen: Taking a higher dose than recommended will not provide more relief and can be dangerous. Too much can lead to liver damage and death.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Esmeralda Sera, Oncologist
