Suggest A Treatment For Chest Congestion, Body Ache And Cough

I was sick for 2 weeks, first starting with a sore throat that moved to my chest with a lot of chest congestion & body aches. then had a bad cough for a week. Now i feel like I am not sick anymore but have felt very tired now for about 4 days. I am a very perky energetic person who know cant seem to get up & do anything & i am finding I need to take a knap & still feel tired. I am 42.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having sequale of viral infection.
You mostly had viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI). Which with time improved and left this tiredness.
It is typical of viral fever.
So better to start following things.
1. Drink plenty of fluids including fruit juices, soups.
2. Take small meals.
3. Take good anti inflammatory drug.
4. Start multivitamin tablets.
This will take almost 7 days to recover.
