Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it is a viral fever, with a intervals of no fever, and a congested chest. There appears to be a super infection with bacteria and chest congestion. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine , citrizine, and paracetamol. Avoid taking fruits, juices, icecream, icewater, and cooldrinks. wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
