You can be advised to avoid heavy and fatty foods.
You can be advised to drink plenty of warm water..
Avoid tea and coffee as it can cause
dehydration and can exaggerate the condition..
You should continue taking Probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
Take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits..
Eat every 2 hours in small portions of foods..
Do moderate workout and avoid sitting for long durations..
You can also be advised to take medicine Simethicone that will help in reducing intestinal gas and bloating..
In case if you have Hemorrhoids you can take stool softeners like Docusate and
fibre supplements like Psyllium to ease in bowel evacuation..
In case if there is pain you can apply steroid based creams as well as sit in a tb of warm water 2 to 3 times a day for relief..
Avoid spicy food..
