Suggest A Treatment For Infertility?

Sir my self I am Anil kumar. Currently my age 33 years. I have completed 4.5 years to marriage. Within these 4.5 years my wife not conceive a baby. I complete checkup of my wife and me also but no problem according to reports. Now I am very upset. Now my Bellay is so for not according to my all body. Sir please suggests me what I can do now.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
There are many causes of primary infertility or inability to conceive.
Common causes include polycystic ovarian syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, lupus anticoagulant, structural disorders in genital tract etc.
Have you got all the investigations which look for above mentioned disorders?
Please post the result of all reports for interpretation.
Besides, semen analysis should also be taken to look presence of viable sperms.
I suggest you to consult a gynecologist and a urologist for your wife's and your well being respectively.
