hi my name is Jessica Gaudet my fiance name is Ken Lebel ken has my having these symptoms well I don t know what I would call it but yea we need some advice or something he doesn t have health care and we think there is something wrong with him but he doesn t want to rack up another medical bill so we have been trying to figure out what is wrong by trying to get answers he is 25 years old and has a family of his own. so yea mainly everytime Ken has to go to the bath 1. it takes him a long time to pee 2. he had to focus him self to go pee and most the time he is sitting down instead of standing because he said that he has to goo poop but most the time he doesn t poop but when he stands that what s happiness and 3. when he has to go pee he really needs to go pee or if he doesnt get to the bathroom in time he will pee is pants 4. this just starting gapping he has been peeing the bed and he doesn t even wake up or notice it please help us find out what is wrong my number is 0000 please call cause I can t make this payment please I need help with this

Understand your concern.
Following are the causes of your problem
Aging, Excesssive Alcohol and caffine use, Artificial sweetners and corn syrup, Blood pressor medication, Urinary tract infection, Constipation,
Enlarged prostate, Obstruction of the urinary tract by stone and tumour, Neurological disorder: parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis and brain tumour.

Risk factor : Over weight, diabetes melitus, neurological disorder.

Consult the doctor and do the following test:
1. Urine analysis
2. Blood sugars
3. Blood urea, creatinine
4. Clinical examination and measurement of blood pressor and heart rate
5. Cystoscopy
6. Cystogram
7. Pelvic examination
6. CBC, ESR

Following are the treatment
A. Behavior technique
1. Bladder training
2. Double voiding
3. Scheduled toilet every 3-4 hours
4. Reduce fluid intake and take more solid fluid 3-4 hour before meal
5. Avoid alcohol and caffeine
6. Pelvic floor exercise.

B. drugs
1. Anticholinergic- Oxybutynin
2. Mirabegran
3. Alfa bloker- Tamsulosin

C. Medical device
You can put urethral insert if not response to drugs and behavior technique.

D. Last option is surgery is problem is severe
1. Bladder neck obstruction
2. Artificial urinary sphincter
