Hello dear Understand your concern Yes you can use cipla abortion kit (medical prescription is required) for medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy (Pre abortion USG is required) under the supervision of gynecologist. Do not try the abortion at home with using drugs as it cause complication and failure of drugs. Mifepristone 600 mg orally should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally after 24 hour, if needed another 400 ug should be given under observation after 4 hour. Follow up visit to doctor after 7 days (of bleeding continues) and 14 days (USG scan) to prevent complication and confirmation of incomplete abortion. Bleeding and pain after the abortion is just like more than period with passing blood clots and tissues. Proper rest, analgesics, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements should be advised.
